Dagli albori agli esordi simil-death, verranno elencati gli album che hanno segnato un'epoca in cui anche in Svezia veniva suonato del buon Black Metal. È stato sia debitore verso quello norvegese che unico, grazie alle caratteristiche tipiche riscontrabili nei suoni e a quelle peculiarità del metal estremo che, da sempre, contraddistingue la scena Svedese.

Ero molto indeciso sul viking perchè, mi risultano solo i Mithotyn come "svedesi"..

Grande! Ero sicuro avresti fatto anche questo...Che dire. Adoro lo swedish Black..C'e praticamente poco o nulla di album che non posseggo di questi gruppi...Bestemmiero' ma levati i classici dei cuginetti di Hordaland tipo Pure Holocaust, i primo 6 Darkthrone, Dmds, In the nightside, primi del conte e primi 3 Satyricon ed Enslaved ho sempre ritenuto la versione svedese del Black piu affascinante.
Poi mi ci dedico con piu calma a commentare!

Io ci mettterei pure Thyrfing, Manegarm e pure Bathory a partire da Hammerhearth!

gran bel topic come sempre! conosco e apprezzo la maggior parte dei dischi citati, ma ci sono alcuni gruppi che devo proprio approfondire.

anch'io aggiungerei i primi Månegarm, un ottimo conubio tra black e viking.

Quelli dei Bathory ci sono.

I Thyrfing, ho visto ora che li stavi ascoltando giusto ieri..e, quindi!

Per quanto riguarda i Månegarm, provvederemo..

Comunque che dire,un immenso lavoro di Nonchalanche che ripaga,io preferisco di un pelo il black norvegese perchè più mistico ma quello svedese è ancora più estremo e cattivo...già vedere una linea del tempo che inizia con l'omonimo dei Bathory fa impressione,figuratevi vedere la triade dei Marduk e quella dei Dark Funeral insieme,la storia
