Come per Carmine, anche per me ci sono un po' di album in attesa di entrare in lista: Between The Buried and Me, Portrait, Wormwitch, Silver Talon, Craven Idol, AEpoch, Aborted, Windfearer, Ozora, Carcass e Fluisteraars. E altri ancora in attesa dell'uscita dell'album.
Questo 2021 si sta rivelando davvero un anno ricchissimo di ottime uscite per i miei gusti

Delusione cocente: Gojira, senza dubbio. Pochi pezzi degni di nota, mentre il resto suona piuttosto ridondante e stantio. Rimandati alla prossima uscita, assieme ai Witherfall che hanno tirato fuori un disco piuttosto altalenante.

Questo 2021 si sta rivelando davvero un anno ricchissimo di ottime uscite per i miei gusti

Per il momento ho aggiunto i Carcass e i Wormwitch perché i loro album per giorni li ho acoltati fissi in coppia, fighi ed esaltanti entrambi.
Negli ultimi giorni l'attenzione è stata rivolta ai nuovi di Unto Others e Blood Red Throne. Inoltre le antenne mi si sono drizzate anche con i primi ascolti del nuovo degli Xenosis, un bell'album di death tecnico che, a differenza di altre uscite, non mi ha lasciato indifferente. Dello stesso genere sto aspettando con molta curiosità il nuovo dei First Fragment, che col loro death superbarocco sanno lasciare il segno.

Comunque mi sto rendendo conto che la lista è troppo lunga e non per tutti gli album indicati il gradimento è alle stelle. Quindi, quando sarà il momento di tirare le somme con la lista definitiva farò una distinzione tra gli album per cui vado matto e quelli che invece gradisco ma per cui non impazzisco

Il primo l'avevo proprio dimenticato di inserire, ma negli ultimi giorni l'ho ascoltato parecchio e me ne sono ricordato; il secondo ogni volta che parte si fa almeno 4-5 giri in loop, perché è troppo breve ma strafighissimo

Che poi ho scritto EP ma su Spotify sta nella sezione 'Singoli' del gruppo e questa cosa non mi è tanto chiara, tranne il fatto che gradirei moltissimo un nuovo album di questo signore

In effetti 12 minuti, per me è un EP. Forse un tempo si usava l'espressione Maxi single, non so se si usa ancora, ma in questo caso andrei di EP, più di 10 minuti, meno di trenta, non più di 5 brani. Anche se è territorio sfocato eh

Infornata succulenta di death tecnico di grande livello. Proposte abbastanza diverse tra loro, ma tutte (per me) ottime riconferme dei precedenti lavori. Di questi gruppi 3 su 4 provengono dal Canada, hai capito 'sti canadesi?!?!

che ha oltre a dei bei pezzi una coerenza interna tematica meravigliosa (sentire il finale di cosmos eater che diventa impermanence che alla fine torna al finale in cosmos eater per lanciare grand nexion abyss per dire)

Prossime probabili entrate cradle of filth che sto riscoprendo ora dopo che i primi ascolti mi avevano lasciato perplesso. Poi Summoning the lich che non mi pare sia stato recensito qui ma che mi pare oltremodo buono. Così come sto rivalutando anche neoconception degli spectrum of delusion che pur con le sue pecche (che il recensore aveva abilmente rilevato) alla luce di quello uscito nel genere secondo me risulta ancora molto buono.
