Il regno di DEATH METAL aveva scelto come proprio guerriero il giovane e ambizioso Chuck Schuldiner, il quale aveva radunato a se un gruppo di agguerriti mercenari, tra cui il mastodontico Gene Hoglan e l'invincibile Steve DiGiorgio.
Questo dispiegamento di forze aveva costretto il regno di PROG METAL a puntare sul sicuro, chiamando a raccolta i Dream Theater, i più abili combattenti del regno.
Chi ne sarebbe uscito vincitore? Lo si sarebbe saputo solo dopo tre giorni di combattimento.
