Li considero il più stratosferico gruppo Grind che il mondo abbia conosciuto!!
Il loro grind era violentissimo ma studiato, complesso, a tratti anche decisamente tecnico.
E soprattutto, avevano un cantante, Mieszko Talarczyk (R.I.P.), veramente sovrumano.
Ci hanno lasciato con solo 4 full-lenght, tutti bellissimi (solo Inhale/Exhale è leggermente inferiore agli altri) più un live postumo.
Per chi non li conoscesse, è assolutamente fondamentale rimediare.

Dai Death ai Carcass, dai Brutal Truth ai Vomitory, dagli At The Gates ai... insomma, dato che la lista è lunga, perchè non ne parliamo un po'?

sicuramente una band di punta nel panorama grind, la metto al pari di vader, dying fetus e the berzerker...non averli mai visti live è una macchia che mi porterò dietro...

Eccome!! Finalmente l'ho rimediato e sintetizzo con: 1) Mazzata sui denti pazzesca, 2) In alcuni brani (quasi tutti) si crea un'onda sonora d'urto allucinante, 3)

tante volte il tocco delle campane è bene sentirli tutti. In genere c'è il din don dan nelle campane no? Sentire sempre magari il rintocco din din din va a finire che non si sente il don dan. quindi c'è un'altra musica.

Potrebbe essere un'occasione per addentrarmi nel grindcore, finora ho avuto solo una limitata esperienza col goregrind che però, a parte i Carcass, mi fa un pò schifo (a livello di testi ed iconografia)

Non una band facile, con in più il vizio di fare album con 25 canzoni che ok che è prassi nel Grindcore ma a me vedere 25 canzoni di cui un terzo non raggiungono il minuto fa scendere le balle. Ma quando ci si mettono, questi svedesi spaccano davvero tutto. Helvete disco preferito, peccato per il bizzaro destino capitato al singer.
