50 METAL YEARS

Il 2012 per noi nati nel non vicino 1962 e' un anno importante perche' sono 50 (metal years). Alla fine degli anni 70 avevo fondato un Heavy Metal Fan Club chiamandolo Rock Brigade e molti di noi siamo rimasti attaccati all'heavy metal e ci ritroveremo tutti insieme per festeggiare questo compleanno andando a cena in un posto dove c'e' un piccolo stage, vi suoneranno due metal covers band locali,inizieremo alle 19 con una scaletta mista per poi finire dalle 21 e 30 in poi con un oretta e mezzo di pezzi dei Deep Purple. Siccome io vi stimo tutti e sono sicuro della vostra qualificata conoscenza vi chiedo di darmi una mano nel fare la scaletta della serata da sottoporrere alle band che suoneranno. L'unica nostra imposizione sono Rock brigade dei Def Leppard che era l'inno del club e Deuce dei Kiss che invece era nel testo il nostro "vangelo".

Allora,mi sono informato a riguardo del gruppo che suona,i chitarristi sono due e ci sono anche le tastiere e questi signori spaziano dai Cream/Iron Butterfly fino ai Metallica comprendendo piu' o meno tutti gli anni ottanta.Insomma in teoria e' gente che ne sa abbastanza e per suonare circa 120 minuti dovranno eseguire una ventina di pezzi. Mentre il secondo gruppo la scaletta se la fa da solo,tanto trattandosi dei Deep Purple,qualsiasi cosa suonino va sicuramente bene!
